Chief Operating Officer/Principal Broker

Bill Dietz is the Chief Operating Officer and Principal Broker for Tahoe Luxury Properties and has been involved with the company since its inception in 1994. Mr. Dietz’s primary responsibility is to oversee the real estate arm of the company, however, he remains involved with all facets of the company.

Mr. Dietz is tireless in his pursuit to create a lasting and creative brand for the company. He is innovative in his advertising approach and has formulated a unique marketing dynamic for the company. Mr. Dietz understands the importance of using technology and the Internet to continue to foster the growth of the company.

Mr. Dietz surrounds himself with an intelligent, energetic and professional real estate sales staff who work as a team to bring the greatest level of service to their clients. Tahoe Luxury Properties has founded a new and creative real estate business model that brings the highest level of service for its clients, and success to its agents.

In addition to his management duties, Mr. Dietz was the top real estate agent (dollar volume) in the entire Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors in 2010.  The local Board is over 600 agents strong.  He has closed more than $140,000,000 in residential real estate sales in the Tahoe Area since 2007, with a strong emphasis on lakefront sales.

Mr. Dietz has lived in Tahoe since 1988 and is an avid outdoorsman. In prior employment, he was the Director of the Ski School at Alpine Meadows Ski Area and loves to ski, mountain bike, wakeboard and surf.

He holds a BA in History from the University of California at Davis. He graduated Cum Laude and was awarded membership into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor’s Society. Mr. Dietz is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Nevada.
