Squaw Valley

Free live music in The Village, Fireworks, and all night parties! Watch the Torchlight Parade at 6:30pm followed by fireworks at 7pm. There is also a separate Kids Torchlight Parade at 6:30pm for kids who can ski or ride unassisted in the dark on Exhibition with glow sticks. Music and snacks will be provided in the bar area prior to the parade. The Squaw Valley Prom is back for its 13th year! This is a 21+ party at the Olympic Village Lodge at Squaw Valley, from 8pm-2am.Tickets are $100/couple or $200/stag, so bring your date!

Northstar California

Celebrate with family and friends in The Village at Northstar on New Year’s Eve at the Fire & Ice Celebration!
Ice skating and s’mores roasting to live music from The Village stage are just a couple of the fun options guests will have at the Fire & Ice Celebration before watching an amazing fireworks show beginning at 9pm. Ring in 2017 with the Jean Genies David Bowie Tribute, covering material spanning five decades of David Bowie's career.

Tahoe Donner

Don’t miss our first-ever New Year’s Eve Fireworks show! Head up to Tahoe Donner Downhill starting at 4:30pm sign up for the annual Light Parade (for ages 10 and up). The lift will load starting at 6pm. Immediately following the parade, the skies will light up with fireworks. It’s going to be a great way to ring in the new year with loved ones.Book your table at The Lodge Restaurant & Pub. A local’s favorite, The Lodge will feature a special menu for the evening, with seating from 5–10pm and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Reservations are highly recommended; this will fill-up soon!

Mt. Rose

Come “Ski-in” the New Year! Enjoy the Snow Cat Parade at 4:30pm followed by the Kids Torchlight Parade at 5:15pm and Fireworks at 5:50pm

Homewood Mountain Resort

Homewood Mountain Resort will be bringing in the new year with style! New Years Eve at Homewood will be the kickoff for your New Years Eve-ning. Come out to Homewood for an afternoon filled with champagne toast, smores, live music, drink specials and more! This event is fun for the whole family so make sure to bring the kids! All events and activities will be subject to change due to weather. Events include a Champagne & Cider Toast @ Big Blue, the  Last Run of 2016, live music with  Stage & Band at North lodge from 3-5pm, fire pits with free s'mores at the North lodge from 3-5pm, a ski patrol dog meet & greet with signed posters, and snowcat photo ops! 

West Shore Café

Dining with a view at the West Shore Cafe. The evening will offer two seating. The first seating is family friendly and runs from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. This is a four course meal $95 adults / $25 kids 12 and under. The second seating is a five course meal that starts at 8:30pm with live music, party favors & a midnight toast. This is 21+ only, $125 per person plus tax & gratuity. Call to make a reservation 530.525.5200.

Jake's on the Lake

Ring in the new year dining lakefront. First seating is 5-6:30pm, $65. Second seating is 7:30-9:30, $90.Followed by a DJ dance party from 10pm-1am. Reservations are required. View the menus here.

Sunnyside Restaurant & Lodge

This year Sunnyside we will once again be offering their  “private party” with two seatings. The first seating is family friendly and designed especially for those who plan to spend their NYE elsewhere and will not be a part of the late night party. Dinner seating is from 5-6pm and includes a three-course dinner, party hats, activities and goodie bags for the kids until 8pm. A DJ will play some kid-friendly music towards the end of the seating until 8. $75 adults / $20 kids 12 and under (gratuity and beverages not included. The second seating is for 21+ only. Dinner seating is from 8-9pm and guests can stay until they kick you out! This seating includes a three-course dinner, DJ, party hats, and a champagne toast at midnight. $100 (gratuity & beverages not included). 

Crystal Bay Casino

 An evening of music and dancing with the North Mississippi Allstars with Special Guests- John Medeski & Marc Broussard + After Party with Jelly Bread- In the Crystal Bay Club Casino Crown. $50 plus fees.

Fat Cat Bar & Grill

Ring in the new year at Fat Cat Bar & Grill in Tahoe City with live music from Reggae Ambassadors.
