The kitchen, with upscale appliances, and the adjoining dining area are a chef's dream and perfectly situated to enjoy casual living and views of the lake. Quality amenities abound throughout the home. The beautiful bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy and each has its own private bathroom. Step outside from the living area onto a large flagstone veranda for outdoor dining and lounging. Beyond the veranda is a level grass area where you can relax and enjoy the lake under the stars or bring a putter and sink puts to your heart's content on the miniature putting green. The lake is just beyond a quaint gate that opens to the beach. This is truly a wonderful spot to enjoy your visit to Lake Tahoe and the blissful days which awaiting you.

General guidelines for minimum nightly stays at most properties:

1 week during Summer, Christmas Week and New Year's Week;

4 nights during Presidents' Week; 3 nights during all other time frames;

However, please contact us if you desire a shorter stay.

If circumstances allow, we will happily accommodate your specific dates.  

 

Cleaning Fee: $375.00

Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%

Damage Insurance: $30 for $1500 Policy

Are you bringing a boat? Several of our homes have access to permitted buoys. Please note that you will need to bring your own dingy and buoy line as we can not provide personal watercraft or mooring lines due to liability reasons.

Nothing beats a lakefront home during summer - or any time of year. Each of our lakefront vacation homes are situated along the shores of Lake Tahoe, and many offer piers (shared or private), private beaches, lakefront lawns, and access to buoys for mooring your boat. With the whole lake at your fingertips, it will truly be a vacation to remember.
  Lakeview
Are you looking for a cozy cabin in the woods or a hilltop home for the entire family - but still want a view of the lake? These cabins all have a commanding view of Tahoe's unmistakable azure, cobalt, and aquamarine splendor.
  Internet Access
Want to keep up with the latest news, or having a working vacation? These homes are equipped with Internet access. Please note that Internet speed and access (wireless, dial-up, or via Ethernet cable only) will vary from property to property, and due to the nature of life in the mountains, we can not guarantee the connection.
  Grass/Lawn Area
Summer in Lake Tahoe is a great time to take advantage of warm, long days with a game of bocce ball or croquet on the lawn. These homes offer lawns or grassy areas that are perfect to relax or play on with friends and family.
  Grill/BBQ
Each of our vacation rental homes offers year-round access to a BBQ. If the BBQ is propane, an additional propane tank will be provided. Happy grilling!

After much research because we wanted the perfect place for our wedding week we rented Blissful Days. The property was everything we’d hoped for and more. Neither of us had ever visited Lake Tahoe and Emerald Bay looked to be the perfect place for a wedding. We wanted a property large enough for our adult children and grandson to stay with us for a few days. Lake-front was also a requirement. Everyone had their own private and spacious en suite. The living area was perfect with a beautiful view that seemed to change hourly. Even though we didn’t do much cooking the kitchen area was perfect for relaxation, conversation and wine. We were impressed with the well-equipped kitchen, which literally lacks for nothing. Everything about Blissful Days is first-class. Blissful Days should be seriously considered by anyone looking for a private, comfortable home that’s centrally located on the lake. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with the accommodations. We appreciate having the opportunity to stay in such a luxurious place, leaving us with a week of unforgettable memories.
