Mirasol guests have access to the private lakefront beach club that has 2 piers, BBQs, picnic tables, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, and a playground for the children. The neighborhood is beautiful for walking and accesses the lovely and tranquil Page Meadows ideal for hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and picnics.

	Hot Tub There is truly nothing better than a relaxing soak in a hot tub after a wonderful day in the mountains. Our hot tubs are serviced prior to your arrival to ensure that they are hot, clean, and ready to go!
	HOA Beach While the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee area has great public beaches, many of our properties have access to private beach areas. These beaches often have private piers, buoy fields, and picnic areas.
	Internet Access Want to keep up with the latest news, or having a working vacation? These homes are equipped with Internet access. Please note that Internet speed and access (wireless, dial-up, or via Ethernet cable only) will vary from property to property, and due to the nature of life in the mountains, we can not guarantee the connection.
	Ping Pong Table Ready for a lively game of ping-pong or a family tournament? These homes have a ping-pong table for your use, and are also stocked with extra ping-pong balls in case one gets away!
	Fireplace There is nothing better than spending an evening next to a cozy fire. These homes offer either gas or wood burning stoves, and some are equipped with wood burning stoves with a gas-starter. For the wood burning stoves, we provide additional firewood for your use.
	Garage Garages in Lake Tahoe are a true luxury, especially on a snowy day! As garage sizes and capacities vary, please speak with your rental specialist to get specifics on the garage at the rental home in which you are interested.
	Pets Maybe These homes may be pet-friendly, we just need to get some more information about your dog and check with the homeowners first! Please note there is an additional $100 pet fee added to the rental if the pet is approved.
	Grill/BBQ Each of our vacation rental homes offers year-round access to a BBQ. If the BBQ is propane, an additional propane tank will be provided. Happy grilling!
