Step back in time as you enter our Scherman Lakefront. This home was built in the mid 20th century, and while the house has had lovely upgrades, the style has not been compromised. The large living room with a wood beam cathedral ceiling, is anchored by a massive stone wood-burning fireplace. There are high ceilings and comfortable, wonderful furnishings throughout fitting with the style of the home for your enjoyment. Availabe for your use is a fax machine, computer and DSL so you can stay in touch with the "real world" while enjoying this wonderful setting. This lakefront home is located on a bluff and has a large, level landscaped lot with expanses of lawn and a bubbling hot tub tucked into the charming gazebo. Just a short walk across the lawn and down the stairs takes you to the lake and pier.

	Buoy/Boat Slip Are you bringing a boat? Several of our homes have access to permitted buoys. Please note that you will need to bring your own dingy and buoy line as we can not provide personal watercraft or mooring lines due to liability reasons.
	Pier These homes have private piers (some are shared with a friendly neighbor) and are a great place to sun bathe, enjoy a sunset drink, or tie up your boat for the day. Please note that for liability reasons, Tahoe Luxury Properties cannot provide personal watercraft.
	Hot Tub There is truly nothing better than a relaxing soak in a hot tub after a wonderful day in the mountains. Our hot tubs are serviced prior to your arrival to ensure that they are hot, clean, and ready to go!
	Lakefront Nothing beats a lakefront in the summertime! These homes are situated along the shores of Lake Tahoe, and many offer piers (shared or private), private beaches, lakefront lawns, and access to buoys for mooring your boat. With the whole lake at your fingertips, it will truly be a vacation to remember!
	Lakeview Are you looking for a cozy cabin in the woods, but still want a view of the lake? These homes all have a lake view so you can catch a glimpse (or more than a glimpse in some cases) anytime of day!
	Foosball Table Foosball is a game guaranteed to entertain kids and adults alike! Theses homes provide a foosball table available for your use.
	Internet Access Want to keep up with the latest news, or having a working vacation? These homes are equipped with Internet access. Please note that Internet speed and access (wireless, dial-up, or via Ethernet cable only) will vary from property to property, and due to the nature of life in the mountains, we can not guarantee the connection.
	Pets Allowed
	Grass/Lawn Area Summer in Lake Tahoe is a great time to take advantage of warm, long days with a game of bocce ball or croquet on the lawn. These homes offer lawns or grassy areas that are perfect to relax or play on with friends and family.
	Fireplace There is nothing better than spending an evening next to a cozy fire. These homes offer either gas or wood burning stoves, and some are equipped with wood burning stoves with a gas-starter. For the wood burning stoves, we provide additional firewood for your use.
	Pets Maybe These homes may be pet-friendly, we just need to get some more information about your dog and check with the homeowners first! Please note there is an additional $100 pet fee added to the rental if the pet is approved.
	Grill/BBQ Each of our vacation rental homes offers year-round access to a BBQ. If the BBQ is propane, an additional propane tank will be provided. Happy grilling!
