The master bathroom is a large bright and sunny room with oversized tub, walk in shower, twin vanities and bidet. Sliding glass doors open to the large exterior shower complete with day bed. The second suite is romantically Mexican with a four-poster bed complete with billowy white drapery. Neutral tones throughout add to this room which is only enhanced by the breathtaking views from the king sized bed and private patio. The bathroom too is unique. A wall of shuttered windows open up to the view of the Pacific or can offer total privacy. You have the feeling of being outside but you are in. An oversized tub, walk in shower and double vanities complete the zen-like experience.
The third suite has two twin beds that can be seamlessly put together to make a king. Soft neutral Mexican furniture is enhanced with playful, local, colorful Mexican accessories. A totally secluded patio with two day beds is a wonderful retreat to read, nap or contemplate your next excursion. The stunning bathroom in local Tekul stone adds a rosy glow to any tan. The Casita is oversized room with a king bed and latched windows that open to the central courtyard with views of the pool and the Pacific. This bright, every room has playful artwork and accessories. This is the perfect room for cots, cribs, kiddie beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower and single vanity.
The living house offers all you could need in comfort, aesthetics and is the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. Two sets of double glass doors slide back into the walls to bring the outside in. Inside outside living and dining areas complete the experience with flawless movement from one to the other.
The living space is decorated in neutral tones with art and artifacts collected around Mexico. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has Viking appliances, wine fridge, wet bar, walk-in pantry. Everything you need to cook at home for an intimate dinner or a party for a special occasion. The exterior dining area has a Viking grill and rotisserie, wet bar, ice maker and exterior “beer” fridge.
Villa rental includes access to the Punta Mita private resident’s beach club, the private resident’s gym, and a tennis center. A daily access fee to the Four Seasons Resort or The St. Regis resort is charged if should you care to use these facilities.
