History of The Champagne Estate

Completed in 1999, The Champagne Estate was designed by Bay Area Architect, Barry Holloway and constructed by Incline Village, NV builder, Gary Pulver. The enormous task of construction began in 1997; and was forged of five semi-truck loads of plaster board, 300 tons of stone, 16,000 square feet of limestone, and 45 miles of wire.
