This beautiful, professionally decorated two bedroom condominium in the Village at Northstar is a perfect fit for both adult couples or a family with children. You can't beat staying in the heart of one of California's most popular ski resorts. No need to spend 30 minutes each morning in ski traffic! This condo is only 50 yards from the gondola and ticket booths. Lockers in your building are included for your ski/snowboard equipment. Before beginning your day on the slopes, head downstairs to Starbucks in the Village for a quad mocha. After an exhilarating day, return to the Village to sip a hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps while relaxing on one of the many covered sofas outdoors in front of a bonfire. Then, treat yourself to a fabulous dinner at Baxter's Restaurant. Finally, retire to your beautiful, upscale condo with its warm colors, generous wood trim and luxury linens. Big Horn 310 is one hot spot you won't want to miss!

  • Please note that during the Spring and Fall seasons, when Northstar's winter and summer mountain operations are closed, the Village restaurants and retail outlets run on a modified schedule. Expect limited dining and shopping options during these periods - typically between the end of ski season through late June and after Labor Day through mid-November.
  • Please Be Advised: Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th your brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order.   • At Northstar California resort, winter offers downhill skiing & snowboarding plus a cross-country and snowshoe center. Summer offers a lift-accessed mountain bike park and  golf.
  • The Village at Northstar offers dining, entertainment, spa services, and shopping options with numerous restaurants and shops, a movie theater, ice skating/roller skating rink, and more.

  • Guests receive one parking space in a secure, weather-protected underground garage with direct elevator access to the building, plus additional parking in the the main parking lot or in the garage when space is available. In the winter months, guests receive one garage parking space only. Overflow parking may be available the Ritz-Carlton valet (current rates). The garage will not accommodate oversize vehicles with racks, and Vail will not provide alternative parking. If you are concerned about Vail's parking policy, please call our office prior to booking this home for a winter stay.
  • Kindly Note: The TLUXP office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day and July 4th. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

Payment Terms

  • Minimum Night Requirements vary by property, season and arrival date. Online booking is available when your length of stay meets the minimum night requirements. If you would like a shorter stay than required online, please call or email our office, and we will be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.
  • Payment Terms: Upon confirmation of the Vacation Rental Agreement, 25% of the base rent (and pet fee, if applicable), as well the full amount of travel insurance (if selected), is due. The balance of the base rent, cleaning fee, and TOT are due 90 days prior to arrival. If the Agreement is entered into less than 90 days prior to arrival, the total amount is due in full with the signed Agreement. Please inquire and/or review the Vacation Rental Agreement for additional information.  
  • Cancellation Policy: A cancellation must be in writing and received 90 days prior to the arrival date. Travel insurance is offered for purchase to alleviate any potential hardship. Please inquire and/or review the Vacation Rental Agreement for additional information and fees. 
  • Travel Insurance is offered through CSA/Generali Global Assistance. Insurance covers the cost of a cancellation or trip interruption due to unforeseen conditions such as illness or road closures. Coverage may be provided in certain circumstances for baggage delay, theft, medical & dental expenses, or emergency assistance. Please inquire for greater details and/or limitations.

Spacious and Beautiful

This place is right in the village and only few steps from the gondola, shops and restaurants. It's very spacious and beautifully decorated with stainless steel appliances. The beds are very comfortable and there is a beautiful view from the apartment overlooking Gondola and ski slope. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to be right in the village where you don't have to drive to go out for a dinner or go skiing. Very walkable area.

We had a fantastic stay in this unit. The condo is beautiful and well-equipped, and the location is perfect. The unit is basically ski-in/ski-out—located right next to the gondola—but it doesn’t look out over the village, so once inside it is quiet and peaceful. TLUXP was responsive, great to work with, and very helpful. They followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. We look forward to returning!

Property was even better than expected! Great location, clean and nicely appointed with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware and plenty of utensils. Check-in was super easy. We will definitely stay here again!
