Description

Tahoe's Trinity is the ideal mountain, lake and ski town retreat. The upstairs, entry level is wonderful for entertaining, with multiple seating areas so the entire family can enjoy time together: watching a movie in the spacious living room, barbecuing on the deck or lounging in the hot tub under the shining stars. The kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for creating culinary magic. Everyone will enjoy the warm and tastefully decorated mountain decor throughout the home, the large TV in the family room for the kids - strategically on lower level out of earshot - and the filtered lake views from the deck. After an active day outdoors, retiring at night to bedrooms which have TVs, private bathrooms and luxurious linens will be the most memorable feature perhaps. Located on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Tahoe, Tahoe's Trinity is centrally located between Tahoe City and Kings Beach for easy access to the vast array of year round activities and guests have access to a private, HOA sandy beach, swimming pool and tennis courts.

  • Please Be Advised: Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order.   • Many homes are pet friendly, however this specific home is not. Please inquire about pet friendly homes.
  • Recreational Amenities: Sandy Beach with Shared Pier, Chairs & BBQ; Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Lawn Area & BBQs (open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend - weather dependent). IMPORTANT: Fee to Access Amenities is $10 per person / per day, over the age of 5 years, and 8 People Maximum Allowed to Access Amenities. During the high season on Saturdays and the 4th of July and the day before the 4th of July, only members, their immediate family and guests who accompany them will be allowed access to the Dollar Point facilities. The high season in 2020 is from June 21, 2020 through Labor Day, September 7, 2020.
  • Kindly Note: The TLUXP office is closed on New Year's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

Payment Terms

  • Minimum Night Requirements vary by property, season and arrival date. Online booking is available when your length of stay meets the minimum night requirements. If you would like a shorter stay than required online, please call or email our office, and we will be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.
  • Payment Terms: Upon confirmation of the Vacation Rental Agreement, 25% of the base rent (and pet fee, if applicable), as well the full amount of travel insurance (if selected), is due. The balance of the base rent, cleaning fee, and TOT are due 90 days prior to arrival. If the Agreement is entered into less than 90 days prior to arrival, the total amount is due in full with the signed Agreement. Please inquire and/or review the Vacation Rental Agreement for additional information.  
  • Cancellation Policy: A cancellation must be in writing and received 90 days prior to the arrival date. Travel insurance is offered for purchase to alleviate any potential hardship. Please inquire and/or review the Vacation Rental Agreement for additional information and fees. 
  • Travel Insurance is offered through CSA/Generali Global Assistance. Insurance covers the cost of a cancellation or trip interruption due to unforeseen conditions such as illness or road closures. Coverage may be provided in certain circumstances for baggage delay, theft, medical & dental expenses, or emergency assistance. Please inquire for greater details and/or limitations.

Spacious and Comfortable

This home is very comfortable to live in for two weeks. The furnishings are attractive and durable, the kids really loved the downstairs family room and thank you to the owners for providing those extra sleeping beds and roll outs. We all had a great time there relaxing and hanging out after a day out exploring the area. Thanks Tahoe Luxury Properties and Trinity House owners!

Trinty Home Is Even Better Than It Looks

The photos of the Trinity property are beautiful, but my wife, daughter, son-in-law, & 2 grandsons found it even more roomy, comfortable, well-equipped and maintained than we expected. With fresh snow every day, the 2 car garage saved us a lot of shoveling. The crew arrived to shovel off the deck & driveway whenever needed, without our having to call. The lights were on, the house & jacuzzi already heated when we arrived. The 2 thermostatically-controlled fireplaces kept the house cozy without the hassle of building wood fires. The kitchen had just about any utensil, appliance, spice or supply item you could need. Although there were only 7 of us, the house was fully equipped for 10 people. After a hard day of skiing at Squaw/Alpine, it was a treat to relax in the jacuzzi. Would definitely return next winter for a family ski vacation.

Upon arrival, the home was spotless, well-supplied, and well-labeled for our family reunion of 8 adults and 3 little one's. We have stayed at many venues over the years, and the extent to which this house was stocked with paper goods, dishwasher, laundry and cleaning supplies was unsurpassed. We literally just needed our clothing and food supplies for the week. There was an abundance of high-quality beach and bath towels, bedding, dinnerware, cutlery, appliances, etc., as well as beach umbrellas/chairs and toys. The home's access to a private beach on the Lake with lounges and umbrellas as well as to the association's swimming pool was appreciated and enjoyed. The outside deck with a treed view of the lake, hot tub, and seating for 10 was perfect. We literally ate every dinner outdoors. The staff at Tahoe Luxury Properties was efficient, friendly and very responsive to all information requests before our stay. And the good news is that the quality and condition of the house during our stay required no property management contact--although I felt secure that, had we needed assistance, TLUXP would have been right there. The final touch to our positive experience was that my son-in-law lost expensive blue-tooth ear buds in the house during our stay which, after being found by the housekeeping crew, were returned to him after our departure. It would have been so easy for all involved to say they had not been uncovered. I highly recommend both this beautiful home and the services of Tahoe Luxury Properties. Cheers!

Thanks so much for your excellent service! As you know, the home changed ownership after booking it for our vacation. From the transition of home ownership (and subsequent transfer of management to Tahoe Luxury Rentals) to your quick and easy checkout procedure, the rental experience was terrific! The cleaning crew did an excellent job preparing the home for our arrival: it was extremely clean and welcoming. The bedding and soft goods were luxurious and spotless. The kitchen had absolutely everything our extended family group desired (coffee makers, copious dinnerware, glassware and silverware, large electric frying pan, bakeware, 2 toasters, lots of counter space, and quality appliances - to mention a few of the many positives.) Also, we appreciated and enjoyed the ping pong table you provided in the garage. The location to the Dollar Point amenities was ideal. It was about midway between the private beach and the swimming pool complex - an easy walk either direction. Originally, I was concerned about the relative lack of backyard and the proximity to Observation Drive. Neither were issues: the front deck and green space were where the children and adults desired to relax, and the noise/traffic was a non-issue. Lastly, the TLUXP app was such a great resource. Everything the adults needed to know (and more) was at our fingertips. It was outstanding.
