Master Sommelier Wine Dinner Series at PlumpJack Cafe, Squaw Valley
Join master sommeliers for an evening of delicious food, wine and education at PlumpJack Cafe. Two upcoming dinners are February 25, 2015, featuring four courses and Reggie Narrtio MS who will present wines from the Piedmont region of Italy and on March 25, Peter Neptune MS, who was featured on the documentary, Somm. A social hour with the Sommelier begins at 6pm. At 6:30pm, there will be a lecture on deductive tasting, and dinner seating begins at 7pm. $95 per person includes a 4 oz pour of every paired wine. Mountain Table Dinner Series at the Zephyr Lodge, Northstar
The Mountain Table Dinner Series offers a unique dining experience at the iconic Zephyr Lodge. Each dinner will feature a winery or brewery complemented by a menu featuring locally and regionally sourced produce and proteins prepared by Zephyr Lodge Executive Chef Chad Shrewsbury. Guests will not only enjoy a fantastic menu, breathtaking views and live music, but there will be a few surprises as well. Seating for all dinners will be family style.

Moonlit Snowshoe Tour & Dinner at The Chalet, Alpine Meadows
After the mountain closes and the winter moon rises, experience a snowshoe tour to the mid-mountain Chalet at Alpine Meadows. Enjoy an intimate seated dinner where you'll be served an Alps-inspired menu with dishes like potato cheese soup, chicken cordon bleu and apple strudel.
