SnowFest!

March 3-13: SnowFest! 2017 is coming to North Lake Tahoe for it’s 36th year. Every spring since 1982, North Lake Tahoe comes alive with 10 fun-filled days and nights, jam packed with events and activities for all ages. The Audi FIS World Cup 

March 9-12: Squaw Valley will host the Audi FIS World Cup, marking the return of World Cup ski racing to California for the first time in 19 years. Events held will consist of a Women's Giant Slalom on Friday, March 10 and Women's Slalom on Saturday, March 11. Olympic champions like Squaw Valley’s own Julia Mancuso and Mikaela Shiffrin will compete on the legendary Red Dog run, which also played host to the 1969 World Cup and 1960 Winter Olympics. Plus there will be three days of celebrations, with free concerts (including Rusted Root on Saturday night), fireworks, parades, and parties. Find Squaw Valley lodging.

I-Did-A-Run

March 12:  Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area will host the 13th annual I-Did-A-Run. This event is a timed dog race for our furry, four-legged friends to pull weighted sleds down a snow-covered chute in a race against the clock. This is the moment every dog dreams of - showing off their skills in the spotlight! Find Tahoe Donner lodging.

St. Paddy's Celebrations

March 17: Feeling the luck of the Irish? There will be a 2017/18 Homewood Mountain Resort season pass stashed in a pot o' gold out on the hill somewhere tomorrow. Be the one to find it and ski free next season!

March 17: Celebrate St. Paddy's at Northstar with a scavenger hunt, face painting, balloon twisting, and a skiing Leprechaun. Plus live music, traditional Irish food and drink specials, green beer, and more throughout the village.

Winter Wondergrass

March 30-April 2: Music, Brews and Mountains is the theme for the WinterWonderGrass Tahoe Festival, returning for its second year at Squaw Valley.
