3) 200 Pine Street, Tahoma - Listed for $3,200,000
This west shore home has been on and off of the market since June of 2015. It has 120 feet of lake frontage and a private boat launch ramp on the property.
 

There are currently 18 lakefront homes actively listed for sale in California and four actively listed homes in Nevada's Incline Village.

1) This past week, the famous Old Forge estate in Incline Village closed for $31,100,000 after being marketed on the MLS for 66 days.

2) Earlier in the month, 1155 Lakeshore Boulevard closed for $11,600,000 after being on the market since April 2016.
