This lovely Dollar Point home is situated on a large lot with Pines, Cedars, and colorful flowers, and sits directly above the sandy HOA beach, one of just a few homes in Dollar Point! Outdoor living is incomparable with a large deck, gas BBQ and patio furniture in the summer. Slip into the bubbling hot tub under the shimmering moon to ease your muscles from boating or skiing earlier in the day, or walk directly onto the sunny, sandy beach from the back yard. Stepping inside this home is a most welcoming experience. The warmth of the great room easily accommodates quiet, intimate evenings in front of a large windows on the plush sofas and chairs or visiting and enjoying larger group of friends and family while the living room sports a TV and large wood burning fireplace. Meals are a pleasure to prepare and serve in the well-appointed and efficient kitchen and adjoining dining area. And finally, at day's end, seek refuge for a restful night's sleep in any one of the comfortably furnished and inviting bedrooms with linens that are soft and plush. You will realize views of the lake are magnificent upon retiring for the night or upon awakening to yet another memorable day at the lake!

This is A very beautiful home on the lake. Everything was perfect! The kitchen is very clean and has every dish and other accessories you need if you are interested in cooking! The lake was very quiet! The small bedroom downstairs with day beds is. A perfect place to nap WiFi was slow but for the right reasons! The staff there are extremely helpful! We would strongly recommend this company and more specifically this home to whoever wants to find a luxury rental in Lake Tahoe!

We had 2 families of 4 stay. Plenty of room. Location and setting are awesome. House is quite unique in layout and daily routine. for example the dumbwaiter from the garage for groceries. Cabinets and storage in inconvenient locations, but not a major issue. TLUXP staff was helpful and friendly, this was our second rental from them. They were prompt to repair the dryer which was broken. One minor snafu with checking in was the wrong garage code, but that was quickly fixed. The TLUXP app is a good idea and they were able to accommodate us for an early check in, which was helpful. Sheets, dishes, bathrooms etc were stocked and clean. We were all happy with the house and what was supplied. I was told there was a bar refrigerator, but that was broken. The dryer issue and the fact that a handful of screens were taped to the frames and some were actually missing were a few of the drawbacks. The missing screens especially due to the bugs were disappointing especially given the rental price. There were also some outside components of the house that were not up to high standards. The hot tub cover was broken and the lighted path to the lake had all its lights broken as well. Not a big issue, but given the fee, more items like this need to be in better condition. The beach are could be in better shape as well, but did not hamper our experience. Access to the HOA dock was a big plus. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the lake tremendously. If not for a few issues with the house, and when considering the fee charged, I would give 5 stars.

Thank you for your review! As of January 2019, the home has undergone many upgrades! Cabinets and storage are in convenient locations, there is new bedding and new furnishings. There are TVs in all the bedrooms. The wet bar in the living room has been updated and the mini-fridge is new. There are screens on the windows. The hot tub cover is new. Lastly, the kitchen has been remodeled! This home is truly fabulous.

Thank you for an amazing week at the Gerry G lakefront property - wow was that a treat! The house was amazing! It was so well decorated and clean and just overall perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a fantastic week skiing at Squaw. We really lucked out with the snowstorms that came in - it made for great skiing! We were talking about perhaps renting this same house again next year - it truly was awesome. Thank you!
