Radiant heated floors throughout much of the home ensure year-round comfort.

The home's main living spaces are designed to maximize its spectacular lakefront location. The great room, dining room, kitchen, and lakefront patio all enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of Lake Tahoe, with the natural shoreline just 30 feet away. During warmer months, guests can dine outdoors on the spacious patio, furnished with premium teak furniture, an expandable dining table seating up to 10, a large cantilever umbrella, and a Weber natural gas grill available year-round.

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped for memorable meals and gatherings, featuring natural stone countertops, a Wolf six-burner cooktop and convection oven, Miele dishwasher and second oven, Electrolux refrigerator and freezer with dual ice makers, and an extensive collection of cookware, small appliances, and professional-grade Wüsthof knives. Dining is equally impressive, with seating for up to 17 guests across the custom dining table, breakfast bar, and pub table. The custom-built dining table itself is a centerpiece, featuring programmable LED panels beneath its glass top that can illuminate in any color or cycle through the entire spectrum, adding a unique touch to family dinners and celebrations.

Upstairs, the luxurious primary suite serves as a private sanctuary overlooking the lake. Guests will enjoy a California King bed with premium 700-thread-count linens, a modern gas fireplace, radiant heated stone floors, and a private balcony showcasing Lake Tahoe's beauty. The spa-inspired bathroom features a two-person soaking tub, walk-in shower, natural stone finishes, Turkish cotton towels, and adjustable radiant heating. Travel Insurance 

Travel Insurance is offered through Rental Guardian. If you purchase travel insurance, it is designed to cover prepaid, nonrefundable expenses in the event of certain unforeseen circumstances that may impact your trip. Travel protection may be purchased directly through our secure portal at any time during the booking process, and in some cases may be added to an existing reservation, subject to eligibility requirements. Please note: Travel insurance is not available for reservations over $150,000. 

The two coverage options are Standard Travel Protection or Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) Protection. The Standard Travel Protection is available to residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), and select international countries. Coverage may be purchased at the time of booking or up to 24 hours prior to check-in. The Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Protection is available to residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec and New York). This coverage must be purchased within 14 days of the initial booking and is not available for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.

Pet Policy 

Not all homes allow pets. For the homes that consider pets, written approval is required PRIOR to allowing any pet to be present at the property at any time. If approval is granted, a Pet Addendum must be signed and a pet fee must be paid. Only approved dogs are permitted. Dogs under one year of age, cats, or any other pets are not allowed. We are happy to assist in locating a dog-friendly home for you. 

What is Provided at Your Vacation Rental Home 

Our homes are fully stocked with essentials so you can relax upon arrival. Before packing, view our complete Home Supply List. Once the booking is confirmed you will be provided a link to login to your personal guest portal. This portal will provide essential details about your vacation rental, such as directions to the property, key access, appliance usage instructions, Wi-Fi code, restaurant recommendations, and check-out procedures. 

Mail & Package Delivery 

USPS does not deliver to your vacation rental home. Mail sent via USPS will be returned. Use FedEx or UPS for deliveries during your stay. Do not leave food deliveries unattended. It will attract wildlife, especially bears. 

If you need to send packages before your arrival, contact our office to arrange delivery to our business address via UPS or FedEx. 

With Ship Skis you can arrange door-to-door transportation for your ski gear and luggage straight to your Tahoe Luxury Properties vacation rental and back home.  

Outdoor Furniture, BBQ Grills & Fire Pits 

Patio furniture is available from Memorial Day Weekend through early fall (weather permitting). Furniture is stored during winter months to prevent damage. 

Most homes have gas BBQs available year-round. Please inquire if this is an essential amenity for your winter stay. Charcoal grills, wood-burning fire pits, and open flames are strictly prohibited. 

On Red Flag Warning days (high fire risk), the use of gas BBQs and fire pits are strictly prohibited. It is Renter's responsibility to know if a red flag warning has been issued. Stay informed by tuning into 1630 AM radio; following the North Tahoe Fire Protection District on Facebook or Twitter (X); checking signage outside district fire stations; reviewing the National Weather Service forecast. Bear Safety 

Black bears are active in both Lake Tahoe and Truckee. Improper food storage can lead to serious property damage and safety issues. Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outdoors or in your vehicle. Always lock the doors and windows of the home and your car when unattended. Intentionally leaving food out for bears is illegal. Review our Bear Aware Addendum for more information on staying safe and protecting our local wildlife. 

Boating: Buoys & Piers 

If your rental includes buoy or pier access, please refer to the Buoy, Mooring Line, and Pier Addendum for full details. 

Piers are for pick-up/drop-off only (max 30 minutes). Never leave boats unattended or anchored without supervision. 

Lake Tahoe water levels varying depending on seasonal snowfall, affecting the depth for safe pier access.  

Check weather conditions before venturing out and be advised that Lake Tahoe weather can change quickly. 

Winter Driving (Nov 1st – April 30th) 

Driving in the snow-covered mountains of California and Nevada can be both enjoyable and occasionally challenging. Roads and driveways may be steep or icy, and conditions can change quickly. To ensure safe and smooth travel, the California Highway Patrol offers valuable winter driving tips. You can find more information from the CHP here. Make sure your vehicle is winter-ready, with brakes, tires, wipers, and the heater all in top condition. All vehicles, including AWD/4WD, should carry properly-sized tire chains.

Short-Term Rental County Rules 

Tahoe Luxury Properties manages homes across five counties, each with specific regulations for short-term rental permits. We appreciate your cooperation in following these rules, which are also included in your signed Vacation Rental Agreement. 

Maximum Occupancy: No gatherings, events, weddings, or group functions exceeding the occupancy limit listed in your agreement are allowed. 

Parking: Street parking is prohibited. All vehicles, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage or driveway. 

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, seven days a week. Noise should not be heard from the property line. Please keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing neighbors. 

Lights Out: Exterior lights must be turned off between 10 pm and 7 am unless necessary for safety. All lights must be turned off to prevent nuisance to neighbors. 

Trash: Due to wildlife in the area, trash must be stored in the metal, bear-resistant trash bin provided. Trash day is posted at the home. Do not leave trash outside. 

Hot Tub: The hot tub can only be used between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. 

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the home.

Wonderful Property with Great Views! The property is amazing. You cannot get a better view of Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed the view of the lake sitting underneath the large umbrella on the patio. The unit is very clean with upgraded finishes. It is very well lit and has an open design on the ground floor. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Communication with the property management company was great. The unit is part of the larger Shore Camp complex with a large pool with views of the lake. It also has tennis courts and pickle ball courts. You can also walk to Tahoe City. The unit and complex was very quiet and you can enjoy the sounds of nature.

Amazing Location! Amazing stay for our family of four! The house had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Tastefully remodeled with high end finishes and fully stocked with everything you would need. The location is so convenient to downtown Tahoe City and all of its restaurants, the Truckee river trail, and the best part, right on the lake with unbeatable views. TLUXP is also very responsive to all questions and so easy to work with. Hope to return!

Perfect Family Vacation This property was perfect for our family. I love the quiet neighborhood of Tahoe Taverns, and being central to restaurants and the amenities of Tahoe City. The unit is absolutely lovely and had everything we could have wished for to make our stay comfortable. Our favorite part was waking up to the gorgeous view every morning. We hope to return for another family vacation!

Even More Beautiful than the Pictures! This place is even more beautiful than the pictures, we stayed for a few nights during a winter storm, lots of snow everywhere, but it was magical. The house was clean, very well organized, and beautifully designed, the kitchen had everything you need and more, and the host was very responsive. We'd definitely come back.

An Experience You Wont Forget Our experience with TLUXP was amazing and seamless! I was looking for the ideal property with a lakefront view for my proposal and they helped make it a reality by going above and beyond! Weekend Getaway Absolutely loved the rental! The view is breathtaking and a huge selling point!! I could have just sat and looked out from the backseat for the entire time. Super relaxing Tahoe-facing home with all the amenities Want to just leave your worries behind and soak up the soothing sounds and sights of Lake Tahoe? This is your place. They've thought of everything to make your stay as chill as possible. The location can't be beat- we loved meandering down the pier in the evening to watch the wind on the water and soak up the views. We enjoyed dinner at Christy Hill (highly recommend, esp when the outdoor patio is open), a great hike in Emerald Bay, and just standing outside in the quiet late at night with the moon's reflection on the water. The fun bells and whistles at this house (who thought of a dining room table with disco colors if you wanted?) make it an over the top place to relax with one loved one or party with friends and family. Highly recommend!

Shore Camp is a Delight! We have rented at Tahoe Tavern for many years. This is the first time to stay on the north side of the pier directly on the lake. What a delight to walk out our family room onto the lawn and be at the water's edge. We also really appreciated the sleek and modern look to the condo. Very nicely remodeled kitchen with beautiful finishes and appliances. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Just Perfect! Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving here at Shore Camp. The house is just perfect and the view is so beautiful. A black bear walked by the back of the house one afternoon. Fantastic Stay for All Shore Camp did not disappoint! We explored the whole property and had a fantastic stay. The kids enjoyed running up and down the grass area, jumping off the pier and climbing rocks. We all appreciated how at home we felt and the nice upgrades. We even made "friends" with a bear right out front one night!

Fantastic! Everything was great and we had an awesome time. So close to the pier and town. The only issue was the neighbor called the HOA the first five minutes and made our stay a little unwelcoming because our friends that are owners at Tahoe Tavern came over to check the place out and had dogs. The dogs never came inside but the neighbor called and was very rude to us. Other than that the property and management company are fantastic.

Fabulous! We loved the location right on the lake with beautiful views of sunrises and proximity to Tahoe City and skiing. The townhouse exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated with many upgrades and amenities. It easily accommodated our family of 9. We enjoyed cooking in the modern spacious kitchen that had all the right appliances and ample kitchenware and all fit easily around the table with its fun lighting! Our children loved sleeping in the loft and we all enjoyed the warm fire while we celebrated New Years Eve in the family room and bar area! We will definitely consider renting this property again!

Wonderful Property! WOW! This is not a rental, it is a home. All the amenities in this home are what you would put into your own home. It is extremely user friendly accompanied with a lot of forethought given to vacationers that will share this home. We have been vacationing at Lake Tahoe for over 40 years at Meeks Bay. Starting with tent camping and ending with a 40 foot motor home. Often there is a long line of traffic to get into Tahoe City. What a great joy to be at Shore Camp. The time in the car to go to Sunnyside, Fire Sign and Tahoe City was a joy, not a disliked journey. We had teenagers with us and the EASY walk into Tahoe City was great to add to their entertainment. Would we stay here again. ABSOLUTELY! We felt that this home was a labor of love by the owners. Thank you, for sharing your beautiful home with us and other renters.

Shore Camp - Lakefront

Incredible Property! We loved Shore Camp!!! This was our second visit, this time during the first week of May when winter was winding down but summer had not started yet. It was an incredible stay mostly because of the wonderful location. Everything is so close that you can fit in a lot of fun activities. It is just a 5 minute walk to downtown Tahoe City where you can find an abundance of restaurants/bar/groceries, rent kayaks and SUP boards, etc. There is a trail crossing through the woods that takes you directly from Shore Camp to downtown Tahoe City, so you don't have to walk on the main road. Walk 1 minute and you're at the huge pier that is part of Tahoe Tavern, where Shore Camp is located. Also, although while we were there the Tahoe Tavern pool was closed for the winter, we could tell it's large and looks nice. On Friday we enjoyed some Spring (Summer?) skiing at Squaw, a 9 minute drive from Shore Camp, which adds to the magic of this place! Finally, we played some tennis on the well maintained Tahoe Tavern courts. The House: we enjoyed just chilling at the house too. It has a very nice chef kitchen and a dining table with incredible color LED lighting.The family room is literally 50 feet from the lake: we both enjoyed eating on the outdoor table on the patio and chilling on the family room couch enjoying the views. My wife and I really liked the master bedroom and its Jacuzzi style deep tub. The tub is so deep that it takes a good 15 minutes to fill it up! We will definitely try to be back this summer.

Amazing! The quality of the house is stellar, it’s as beautiful as described and pictured. And so quiet! super clean on arrival, gorgeous furnishings and linens, very comfortable beds. The views of the Lake are amazing, it’s like a constantly changing giant piece of art, watching the sun rise or looking at the mountains across the lake, or sun set, having these amazing views really set this place apart from most vacation homes. Sledding was fun for our kids, a very short walk away inside the development. We also went out on the pier, you just have a lot of open space to explore here and take in the lake. Short drive to Alpine and Squaw was convenient. We have stayed at lots of places around Tahoe and this is the best by far, well worth the price. We will definitely want to come back.
