Gorgeous, Spacious, Close to Everything!
The Treetop Lodge is a gorgeous, spacious home tastefully decorated, clean and full of amenities such as a hot tub, pool table and gas fireplace. We loved being able to park in the garage to load/unload our ski gear out of the weather. There is beautiful cross country skiing, a large grocery store and many restaurants nearby. We loved the peak-a-boo views of the lake from the top floor and the starry night skies from the hot tub. The driveway is steep and guests should have 4-wheel drive vehichles and back in to safely enter the driveway. My crew is very experienced with snowy mountain conditions - and we were a bit nervous about getting in and out during winter weather. The property manager, Tahoe Luxury Properties, was absolutely fantastic and very responsive/proactive in helping us. Having their support was well worth the money.

Beautiful, Spotless, Everything You Could Want in Home!

Wonderful property! There were games and toys for the kids, and the hot tub and pool table were a big hit with both kids and adults! The host provided beach towels and a cooler which were especially helpful for all of our outings. A superb property overall! Loved it! Would stay there again!

Very Enjoyable Home!

The Treetop Lodge was absolutely perfect for our large party. The pool table, hot tub, and selection of games and cards gave us plenty to do in the house. Incredible Stay!
We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful home. It was perfect on every level - great location, super clean, loved the layout, beautiful kitchen that had every tool a cook could ask for, comfortable beds, lots of extra linens, and a nice view. We Hope to Stay Here Again!
This is the best cabin we have ever booked! We go to Tahoe yearly, and this is by far the cleanest, most well stocked home we have rented. We loved the extra large master bedroom, and the kitchen is 5 stars as well. The jacuzzi was also a highlight and fit our group of 7 comfortably. We hope to stay here again!

Spacious, Clean, and Beautiful!
Our group really enjoyed our stay at Treetop Lodge, and we really appreciated the full-service property management that Tahoe Luxury Properties provided for our stay. The house is spacious and clean and is located in a nice, quiet area with peaks of the lake through the trees from the back deck. The house is fully stocked - we didn't need to bring or buy any basic necessities. Tahoe Luxury Properties also provided info to us ahead of time about places to eat, and during our stay, we worked with one of the people in our group to arrange massages in-house. I'll be keeping this property in mind for the future!

Exceptional Property
My husband, his family, and I have recently stayed at Treetop Lodge in Lake Tahoe. The property we selected was exceptional. It had everything one could want and it was so well organized. I just loved the spacious kitchen and the outside deck. The area the house is situated in was quiet and pretty central.
The house comes equipped with a pool table and a table tennis table, so we had a great laugh having family play-offs. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and felt very comfortable and at home.
I recommend this house to anyone looking for exceptional comfort and style. We will be back!

Beautiful Place
Our family so enjoyed our stay in the Tahoe area. We loved Treetop Lodge! The beds were perfect for our family of 8 that came. Our granddaughter loved the hot tub daily, as did the rest of us. The kitchen was furnished with all that was needed and above stocked with lots of extras. The pool table was awesome and played nightly. Fantastic Stay
We came for a double birthday celebration, and had a fantastic stay. The space is wonderful, and the hot tub is spacious. Extra towels and linens were available, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We forgot something, and the management packed and mailed it - really appreciated that. TreeTop Bliss
This house ended up being far better than the pictures give it credit for. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The Master is HUGE. The other bedrooms are very nicely sized. The bathrooms are perfect. The pool room ended up getting used quite a bit, as did the ping pong table in the garage. The star of the house is the kitchen. It is equipped with top-of-the-line Monogram appliances and has every kitchen tool imaginable, plus some. The house doesn't miss a beat. It is equipped with every modern need, from Apple TV to WiFi on every floor. Don't be fooled. This is really a 6-bedroom house and can easily sleep 13 people. The bottom floor is really a getaway zone for kids or weary tweenagers, as it has a full and a twin in the room and then two twins with a trundle in the "non" bedroom... it is truly a great home and perfect for larger families. Shoot, I would own this home and make it a family home to live in full-time! Well done! We will come back to this home again.

Truly Amazing
We LOVED this house. It was the most well-stocked/equipped house we have ever rented. We wanted for nothing. If you want a cutting board, there are probably 10. Need a serving container, choose the size and shape. The only thing I could have wanted was extra beach towels, but so minor. Great location, all around, great house. We have rented through TLUXP for the past few years and will continue. We have never been disappointed. You guys are the best. Thanks for being amazing!

Wonderful House
This house was such a perfect place to stay with my group of friends for a birthday weekend. It was conveniently located to carnelian bay but also secluded in the hills. The house was equipped with everything you could need (fully stocked kitchen, extra fans, blankets, extra propane, etc.). It seems like everything was thought of for a wonderful and comfortable guest experience. The host company was very helpful and flexible. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be looking to book with Tahoe Luxury Properties in the future.

The Best Vacation Spot!
The best vacation spot. Will definitely book again. Perfect for multiple families or large family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Games, large kitchen for gatherings, large couch to hang out, and large kitchen table for family meals. We spent NYE at the property and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Close to different resorts and shopping. If you’re planning to go during the winter, definitely consider four-wheel drive. We struggled with a van and chains due to the very very steep driveway. In fact, while we were in the mountains, another vehicle slid down our driveway onto the garage. I left a robe at the home, and they were kind enough to grab it and send it back. Can’t wait to go back.

Comfortable, Relaxing and Spacious
We were a group of nine adults, two kids and a baby. The house was very comfortable with enough space and privacy for all of us. It's strategically located in Carnelian Bay, ten minutes from two Safeway supermarkets and close to North Tahoe and the border with Nevada. Comfortable beds, big Kitchen, relaxing hot tub and fun pool table, spacious driveway and garage enough for 4 cars. And, last but not least, extremely well stuck kitchen You will definitely enjoy the feeling of being in a mountain lodge.

Location is Superb and Accomodataions Were Great!
There were 9 of us originally, one couldn’t make it due to an active Covid diagnosis. The house is very lovely and well-appointed. Everyone was happy with their rooms and accommodations. The pool table served us well as we were snowed in during the Xmas holiday and couldn’t leave Tahoe for two extra days. Roadways were shut down completely. Here was a slight mix-up when we had to add the additional nights, but Tahoe Luxury Properties took care of it all. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family or large gathering. The location was superb and the kitchen was very functional for all that needed to cook, especially the hectic holiday Roast Beef. Thanks again for the terrific holiday, sans the blizzard!

Very spacious and clean house. It accommodated our family exactly as expected. The location is great and not too far away from the slopes or stores. Spectacular Home!
My family and I have been renting homes in Tahoe for over 10 years and this was by far the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The house design is absolutely perfect for large families or friends since there are 3 floors with 2 bedrooms and baths so there’s plenty of space to retreat in privacy and not be crawling all over each other. The kitchen was gorgeous with every high-end appliance you can think of. The utensils were immaculate and each drawer was so organized! Typically one has to rummage through drawers filled with odd, random collections of utensils that have been used for years or left behind by other renters. Not here! The great room area is cozy yet spacious and the deck with hot tub off the main floor is large and a peaceful delight under the stars. Everything was so easy—from the TV remotes to connecting to the sound system to turning on the fireplace. We truly couldn’t have been more happy to spend our Thanksgiving in this fabulous mountain home. The location is convenient to town or any resort (not that we went during this time) as well as the lake. Which you can see through the trees! I can’t recommend this house enough. We were sorry to leave.

Favorite Cabin Ever
Our family loved this spacious, comfortable home. It is set among beautiful pine trees; we had dinner nightly outside. The hot tub was used daily. We appreciated the privacy that the layout allowed, as bedrooms are distributed among 3 floors. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, spices, most everything you'd need for cooking. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. The pool table is a fun perk! The home is really close to multiple hiking trails and the new addition to the biking trail that connects to the Tahoe loop bike trail. We have already reserved for next year!

The house is gorgeous with a wonderful layout. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and it was really nice to have some games provided as well. Beautiful Home and Property
Beautiful place! We were there for a family reunion and this place was perfect! The house is impressively stocked with everything you could want and need! Tahoe luxury properties were quick to respond to any needs or requests I had, though I wish they were better at communicating internally. I was originally sent the wrong contract, and lock box code was wrong on arrival, and staff did not communicate to housekeeping that we requested a late check out time. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Fabulous Stay and Recommend To Anyone!
We had a lovely stay and definitely recommend this home! You can spot a little bit of Lake Tahoe through the trees from the main floor, and soak in the stars at night in the hot tub on the deck. The beds were super comfortable, which is one of my key requirements 🙂 It was nice having three floors so that guests had a little extra privacy. The kitchen is VERY well equipped -- they had more whisks, pots, serving dishes, plates, etc. than our kitchen at home! There's a (rocky) beach within walking distance, and a few sandy beaches within a short drive. It's a ~10 minute drive to two Safeways, which was super convenient. Close to town and restaurants. A fabulous stay, I would recommend to anyone.

Ideal Location!
We had so much fun celebrating my sister’s bachelorette party at Treetop lodge! We had 10 guests with us, but there was plenty of room for more. The hosts were a dream to communicate with and helped us plan activities such as renting a boat and finding the right hiking trails for our group (very helpful since most of us hadn’t been to Tahoe before). They even left us a bottle of wine and 2 bottles of champagne chilled in the fridge for when we arrived! Ideal location right in between King’s Beach and Tahoe City. We would love to come back!

This house provided our party of 11 a wonderful stay! Very nice details, such as beach towels in a basket next to hot tub, plenty of extra bedding and pillows of different types available. One in our party had some mobility issues, so having a master bedroom, bathroom, deck with hot tub, kitchen, living-and dining-room all on one level was a real plus for us (there are an initial 8 or so steps to climb after a ground-level front door). Very well laid out home, with something for everyone to do, and a terrific kitchen which was well-stocked with everything oy could need for a large gathering. Only a short trip to the lake. Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, although you can hear a normal amount of conversation from neighbors, but not annoyingly so. Highly recommended!

We arrived for a lower key bachelorette party, and we got luxury, relaxation, and beautiful views. This house is well stocked with kitchen necessities and extra accessories alike - perfect for nights in cooking! Rooms are all cleans and well stocked as well. My large family ranging in age from 4-70 enjoyed a perfect week in North Lake Tahoe and much of it was because of the location and all Treetop Lodge had to offer. The home is supplied with anything you could ever need and more to enjoy family time relaxing at the house and excursions to Lake Tahoe beaches. The pictures speak for themselves - gorgeous house with comfortable beds and sitting areas, beautiful view, awesome hot tub on the deck, and so much more. We were especially impressed with the quality of the cookware and other appliances and items stocked in the kitchen. Great for people who love to cook! There were very thoughtful details such as a basket of pool towels by the door leading to the hot tub. The two things to keep in mind are 1) the driveway is quite steep so it can get a bit hairy if there’s a lot of snow, and 2) for some reasons the footsteps on the main floor resonate quite loudly in the bedrooms below. Just something to keep in mind when making sleeping arrangements. Loved our stay.

Great place for families! The spacious layout was just what we needed for our stay. The location was great for us. It was close to our favorite north shore restaurants and casinos. Great home and a perfect fit for a family vacation
Treetop Lodge has everything your family or friends would need on vacation with all the comforts of home plus you're in Tahoe which makes the experience even better. From the way the house is decorated to the amenities available to you i.e., the kitchen has everything, pool table, ping pong table, awesome beds, best spa setting you can imagine and BBQ is top notch to name a few. We had dinners at home every night, no need to go out as much more enjoyable eating in. You will love this home...Highly recommend to future renters.
And Tahoe Luxury Properties does a great job representing the property. Their intuitive app comes with the package and let's you know every detail about the property. They know what their doing. Thank you for the bottle of Chardonnay and complimentary wine glasses...Nice touch and much appreciated.

Perfect Summer Vacation for Our Big Family!
We loved staying at this home! Our favorite spot was the back deck, sipping coffee while watching the morning sunrise and having a cocktail in the evening while playing family games. Not only was every room comfortable, the kitchen had all that we needed for cooking large family meals. The location was perfect; away from the lake crowds and busy town, yet close enough to the water to make a quick trip to the dock for a night swim. We enjoyed everything from hiking into Emerald Lake to renting paddle boards on Kings Beach. All fairly close to the house. Again, the location was excellent. Having close access to the Truckee River (for floating or biking the trail) as well as the lake, we were all in heaven with the water. Great place to stay!

Great home in a good location
Lovely home with comfortable furnishings. Good location. Driveway can be tricky in the winter with multiple cars. Kitchen and living room is setup well. Kitchen even has a decent set of knives, dishes, glasses. No glass wineglasses though. Only problems we had were that the kitchen hood vents into the kitchen itself and not outside. This could be a safety issue with carbon monoxide and grease buildup on the ceiling. The kitchen and living room WILL get smoky, so open windows!

Great Time
We had a great time in the treetop lodge. The house is huge and could accommodate our party of 10 (5 couples) perfectly. The jacuzzi and pool table are a great plus we enjoyed having. Would definitely come back next time I'm traveling in such a large group.

Spectacular!
Beautiful home! This home is set up for entertaining. The kitchen/dining room/ living room/ deck space is very open and furnished for a group. The home is ideally located and felt very private. Enjoyed our Tahoe stay!

Great vacation home
The Treetop Lodge was very comfortable for all twelve of us (plus our dog). The beds were comfortable (very important since half the group was over 50 years old) and the house was clean. We enjoyed playing ping pong and pool (great for children and adult interaction). We made dinner every night in the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We would definitely book the Treetop Lodge again.

Comfortable and Inviting
The listing was accurate. The beds were very comfortable for the 12 of us staying. Tahoe Luxury Properties sent us emails prior to our trip regarding activities happening during our stay so we could plan activities in advance. The house was clean and inviting. Our whole family enjoyed playing ping pong and pool. It was nice to have fun activities we could do at home. It was beautiful to see the stars at night while sitting in the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!
This home was simply perfect! This was our first time using TLUXP and we didn't know what to expect and what to bring for ourselves, but this place had it all and more. The views, the amenities, and the location was amazing! It definitely made you have that isolated feeling of being away from the city life (which is what we were shooting for), but yet still close enough to retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Staying here made our company getaway retreat an experience we all will never forget. We hope to stay here again sometime very soon. Thank you for hosting us TLUXP! ***You will not be disappointed***

Wonderful!
We just loved the Tree Top Lodge and we all had a wonderful time. The home was very comfortable and clean and it had all that we needed. The only improvement I would suggest was the home had an ipod docking station with speakers in the dining area. We tried to get it to work and even tried different outlets and we could not get it to work. We were looking forward to listening to some music but I don’t think it works. It might be worth looking into or even replacing it. Other than that…wonderful!

Beautiful House
The Treetop Lodge was even nicer than the pictures. They left a personalized note wishing my husband a happy birthday along with a box of chocolates, bottle of wine, and a rose. It was such a warm welcome. The master bedroom is amazing with a jacuzzi tub, shower with 2 shower heads, his and hers sink, and walk-in closet. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect for 12
This house was perfect for a large group of us (12 people). The house was beautiful, fully stocked, and extremely clean. The house has a great common space on the main floor including a hot tub on the balcony. We loved using the BBQ for dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. The house is in a great location too! I would highly recommend staying at this house with a large group or multiple families.
