Northern California is in a state of emergency as wildfires continue to spread, the death toll rises, and thousands of people are displaced from their homes. Many people are fleeing the smoke-filled air of the Bay Area and heading to Tahoe, and as a result, we are seeing an influx of last-minute bookings. Our team is working in full force to accommodate anyone seeking to come to Tahoe.At Tahoe Luxury Properties, we have decided to donate 25% of our commission on bookings during this time to victims of the Northern California fires.

We are very excited to unveil our very own Tesla charger, located at our office in the heart of Tahoe City! This is a convenient location to park for your car for charging and then stroll the shops and restaurants of Tahoe City, or spend some time on the Lake while you wait. This service is complimentary to the general public.

We love Tahoe and are very proud to contribute to our community. Beyond sponsorships and contributions, we seek ways to get involved, taking a hands on approach to giving back.

Tahoe Luxury Properties is pleased to announce the growth of their real estate team with the addition of two new agents. Tracy Cohn and Amie Quirarte will represent the brokerage in California real estate transactions.

Our Radiance Lakeview at Dollar Point vacation rental was recently sold to new owners (after being on the market for only 19 days! Bill Dietz represented the seller). The property will remain on the TLUXP vacation rental program.
