The newly constructed, large deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace of this exceptional lake. And while inside, take in beautiful views from every room. Deep Blue is located on a quiet street in the sought-after Meeks Bay location. It's unique setting offers great protected swimming off the pier and smooth morning waters for skiing. Afternoon breezes make for good sailing as well. Most lakefronts border on a busy main street, but Deep Blue is tucked down below the main road to allow for privacy and tranquility. Also, it is ideally located to access the summer fun in the north shore as well as the opportunities for entertainment which abound on the south shore. Only 15 miles to the "Y" in South Shore, take a day to go explore Fallen Leaf Lake or venture a little further for casino fun. But don't stay too long, the blue waters which lap along the huge boulders at the base of Deep Blue's dock will be calling.

Buoy/Boat Slip Are you bringing a boat? Several of our homes have access to permitted buoys. Please note that you will need to bring your own dingy and buoy line as we can not provide personal watercraft or mooring lines due to liability reasons. |

Pier These homes have private piers (some are shared with a friendly neighbor) and are a great place to sun bathe, enjoy a sunset drink, or tie up your boat for the day. Please note that for liability reasons, Tahoe Luxury Properties cannot provide personal watercraft. |

These homes are situated along the shores of Lake Tahoe, and many offer piers (shared or private), private beaches, lakefront lawns, and access to buoys for mooring your boat. With the whole lake at your fingertips, it will truly be a vacation to remember! |

Lakeview Are you looking for a cozy cabin in the woods, but still want a view of the lake? These homes all have a lake view so you can catch a glimpse (or more than a glimpse in some cases) anytime of day! |

Pool Table Vacations can be a great time to sharpen your pool skills. These homes have pool tables and all the accessories available for your use. |

Internet Access Want to keep up with the latest news, or having a working vacation? These homes are equipped with Internet access. Please note that Internet speed and access (wireless, dial-up, or via Ethernet cable only) will vary from property to property, and due to the nature of life in the mountains, we can not guarantee the connection. |

Fireplace There is nothing better than spending an evening next to a cozy fire. These homes offer either gas or wood burning stoves, and some are equipped with wood burning stoves with a gas-starter. For the wood burning stoves, we provide additional firewood for your use. |

Garage Garages in Lake Tahoe are a true luxury, especially on a snowy day! As garage sizes and capacities vary, please speak with your rental specialist to get specifics on the garage at the rental home in which you are interested. |

Pets Maybe These homes may be pet-friendly, we just need to get some more information about your dog and check with the homeowners first! Please note there is an additional $100 pet fee added to the rental if the pet is approved. |
