Of the 14 California lakefronts that are actively listed for sale in the Tahoe Sierra MLS, six of these properties saw a significant price reduction in the past week. There are four additional properties that have seen price reductions over the last several months.

1780 North Lake was originally listed in January 2016 for $9.5M and was reduced last week to $8.495M. 
 
135 Quiet Walk was originally listed for $8.75M in June 2015 and was also reduced last week to $7.5M.
 
1170 West Lake was originally listed in July 2015 for $6.885M and was reduced last week to $6.285M.
 
1830 West Lake was originally  listed in September 2015 for $7.5M, was reduced to $6.995M and was reduced last week to $5.995M. 
 
3840 North Lake was originally listed in October 2015 for $5.5M and was reduced last week to $4.995M.
 
4590 North Lake was originally listed April 2014 for $6.125M, was reduced in the summer to $5.95M, reduced again in April 2015 to $5.795M, and then was pulled of the market in the end of May 2015. It came back on the market last week for a reduced price of $5.45M.
 
4826 North Lake was originally listed in May 2013 for $3.995M, reduced in March 2014 to $3.795M, reduced again in May 2014 to $3.495M, and was relisted in August 2015 for $3.695M.
 
8775 Rubicon was originally listed in May 2008 for $4.75M, was reduced in July 2010 to $3.895M, was relisted in 2013 for $3.6M, was reduced in 2014 to $3.195M, was reduced in June 2015 to $2.99M, and most recent reduction was in the end of February 2016 to $2.79M.
 
130 Macinaw was originally listed in 2008 for $3.55M, was reduced in 2009 to $3.15M, was reduced in 2010 to $2.75M, and was reduced again in 2012 to the current listing price of $2.695M.
 
8441 Meeks Bay was originally listed in July 2009 for $2.75M, saw several price reductions in 2010 and the listing was cancelled in 2011 when it was listed for $1.995M. It came back on the market in August of 2015 for $2.2M.
