VACATION RENTALS

Are vacation rentals open in Tahoe?

Yes, effective June 12, 2020, all Tahoe vacation rentals are open to host lodging.

Can I make a reservation for this summer?

We are accepting summer reservations.

What are your cancellation policies?

You may cancel up to 90 days in advance of your arrival. Ninety days prior to your arrival, your reservation is non-refundable.

What are your cleaning standards for your homes?

We are following CDC Guidelines and have detailed our new processes here.

Has my vacation rental’s amenity access changed? What amenities will I be able to access?

Yes, many associations have changed their policies regarding access to amenities. Check for updates here.

Are beaches open?

Yes, beaches are open.

Are restaurants open?

Restaurants are open for outdoor dining and take-out services. Stores have reopened and many offer curbside pick up.

What events are happening? What events have been cancelled?

Many summer events have been cancelled to prevent large public gatherings. There will be no 4th of July fireworks celebrations, the Lake Tahoe Concours d’Elegance has been cancelled as well as the Shakespeare on the Lake festival. Some events are still on the calendar.
