Stephanie Hoffman, General Manager

As our General Manager, Stephanie oversees the daily operations and administrative functions of the business. Having worked in the Tahoe hospitality industry for the past 30 years, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and management experience to the role.

Stephanie moved to Tahoe in 1991. After four years as an Operations Manager at Squaw Valley, she transitioned to Granlibakken Tahoe, where she started as an Assistant Conference Planner. Over the next 26 years, Stephanie worked her way up, taking on a variety of leadership roles where she gained insight into all aspects of the industry. Most recently, Stephanie was COO at Granlibakken, overseeing two Homeowner Associations, staff and operations of two hotels, conferences, two restaurants, and a small sledding hill & beginner ski area.

An active member of the community, Stephanie sits on the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association board, as well as the NLTRA Marketing Committee. She also coaches the high school swim team. When she’s not at work, you can find Stephanie spending time with her husband, Dave, her son, Hunter, and their dog, Rex.
