Located at the base of Squaw Valley at an elevation of 6,200 feet, The Links at Squaw Creek championship golf course measures 6,931 yards from the gold tees and is a par-71.

For serious golfers, this narrow Lake Tahoe golf course is best played when you're up on your game, as accuracy is much more important than distance. The front nine climbs along the mountainside through trees and narrow fairways, requiring players to place the ball precisely. The back nine winds through the wetlands of Squaw Valley, with tall grass, marshes and wooden cart paths - also requiring very targeted play.

Their signature 6th hole, a par 3, features a demanding over-the-water approach and spectacular views of Squaw Valley's surrounding peaks. With water in front trouble behind, golfers always feel rewarded when they hit the green.

Although extremely challenging, the experience of playing one of California's most beautiful - and environmentally sound - golf courses can't be underestimated. With four sets of tees - plus family tees placed just 150 yards from the green - The Links at Squaw Creek presents a fun and exciting golf experience for players of all abilities, teaching everyone the importance of managing the game and playing smart.
