Drink Tahoe Tap
At Tahoe Luxury Properties, we partner with Drink Tahoe Tap to promote our award-winning tap water. Guests receive TLUXP water bottles upon arrival, along with information about the area's award-winning tap water in an effort to decrease purchases of bottled water.
Be Bear Aware
Each home includes education material from the BEAR League of Lake Tahoe to assist guests in being Bear Aware. We aim to educate guests and create a harmonious environment with our local wildlife.
Recycle
Recyclable materials can be separated into blue bags and will be picked up with the garbage. Recyclable materials include newspaper, magazines, white paper, types 1-7 plastic, glass, aluminum cans, bi-metal and steel cans, clean aluminum foil and clean cardboard. Please help us recycle!
