As today marks the close of 48 Moana Circle, a $7.3M Tahoe west shore estate, in which Bill Dietz represented both the seller and the buyer, it seems appropriate to look back at our history of dual representataion.

Earlier this year, Bill Dietz represented both the seller and the buyerin the sale of The Champagne Estate, which closed at $12M. In total, Bill has represented both sides of 18 sales, 15 of which were priced at over $1M and six of which were lakefront homes.

As an agent of both the seller and the buyer, objectivity is key. Success comes from a sincere belief in matching a buyer with their ideal property, and knowing who, of your prospective buyers, may be interested in new listings as they come on the market. In this sense, it means always paying attention to your clients' needs, their hotlist of desired amenities, and their location preferences, and alerting buyers of new listings in a timely manner. Of course, once the interest is there, professionalim is key to ensuring both sides feel their best interests are represented in all negotiations, a skill that Bill Dietz is often recognized and praised for.

As a trusted advisor, and always poised under pressure, Bill uses his depth of knowledge of market conditions to ensure both sides reach a fair agreement.
