The interior finishes, including natural rock, granite, gleaming slate floors and alder wood cabinets offer both luxury and comfort. The spacious kitchen will impress the most discriminating chefs, while the great room boasts a large seating area with soaring ceilings, skylights and a stone ensconced fireplace. The downstairs family room, with a comfortable sectional sofa seating, 75" LG smart television, and access to the beautiful backyard, is the perfect retreat for the kids. Just a few stairs up, pass through the loft overlooking the great room with a foosball table and 65" smart television, to the guest bedrooms. Bedroom #2 and #3 are en suite bedrooms and include access to the large front deck, with peek views of Lake Tahoe. Both are well designed for restful nights. The spacious primary suite, with a large walk-in closet, is conveniently located on the entry level for those who do not want to ascend stairs. Minimum Night Requirements vary by property, season and arrival date. Online booking is available when your length of stay meets the minimum night requirements. If you would like a shorter stay than required online, please call or email our office, and we will be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Payment Terms: Upon confirmation of the Vacation Rental Agreement, 25% of the base rent (and pet fee, if applicable), as well the full amount of travel insurance (if selected), is due. The balance of the base rent, cleaning fee, and TOT are due 60 days prior to arrival. If the Agreement is entered into less than 60 days prior to arrival, the total amount is due in full with the signed Agreement. Please inquire and/or review the Vacation Rental Agreement for additional information.
Cancellation Policy: For stays that are 29 nights or less, a cancellation must be received in writing 60 days prior to the arrival date. For stays that are 30 nights are longer, a cancellation must be received in writing 90 days prior to the arrival date. A 10% cancellation fee is applied. Travel insurance is offered for purchase to alleviate any potential hardship. Please inquire and/or review the Vacation Rental Agreement for additional information.
Travel Insurance is offered through CSA/Generali Global Assistance. Insurance covers the cost of a cancellation or trip interruption due to unforeseen conditions such as illness or road closures. Coverage may be provided in certain circumstances for baggage delay, theft, medical & dental expenses, or emergency assistance. Please inquire for greater details and/or limitations.

Home Has It All!!!

We stay in 3-4 VRBOs per year, and this was one of the best, most well-stocked houses we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was in good working order except for a couple fans upstairs. We found others that worked, so that was not a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and cornhole game in the backyard, and the kitchen is a dream for the cooks in the family. The beds were very comfortable. The garage, laundry room, and closets were great. They even had beach chairs, a cooler (two now since we didn’t discover it until after we bought one), and beach towels for guest use. We were there on one of the hottest weeks of the year, so it was a little warm upstairs without A/C, but otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful! Thanks so much for a great stay in beautiful Carnelian Bay!

I cannot say enough good about this property. It is absolutely beautiful and comes with everything you might need to make your stay wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the dishes and equipment you may need to make any meal. The backyard is stunning, with tons of trees and seating for a large group. The hot tub was amazing and my family really enjoyed playing badminton while we used the BBQ. The house was huge for the 5 people we had in our group! I won't complain. I enjoyed getting to sneak away and hide in front of the large front window or escape to the huge master bedroom for a little break from everyone. We were so sad to be leaving and hope to make it back sometime soon. I will 100% look into booking this same property the next time we visit Tahoe!

What a wonderful week in Tahoe, using the house as our base camp. The description is as advertised…wonderful home with many amenities. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - even using them for a game night. We had a professional chef use the kitchen, and he said it was a wonderful kitchen. The home is beautiful and very welcoming. We appreciated the explicit directions to finding the home as the snow build up was very high. We were able to be in contact with the property manager with any questions we might have had. It's closeness of the location to Truckee and Tahoe City was great. Many televisions in the home and many options for viewing were fun since we were 3 generations of family members. We had a great time in the home and highly recommend it others!

Fabulous, Fabulous-----Fabulous!!! What a beautiful cabin, actually it was more like a lodge! Before booking, I read a review describing that the place far exceeded the photos, which was exactly what my daughter stated when we arrived! It's a very large, open house yet very cozy at the same time. The kitchen is huge and equipped with any piece of kitchen equipment that you would ever need! Fireplace in the master bedroom was awesome! Steamer in the master bath shower was a surprise treat! The backyard was enormous! We made a sled chute for my grandkids and therefore, we never had to leave the house for snow related activities! Our host Jessie was equally great, checking in with me prior to and during our stay! This address is locked in, and I wish to make this an annual family retreat at Enchanted Ridge!!!

Perfect Hang Out Spot!

We had 6 adults (and an 8 month old) for a long weekend up in the Tahoe. This house was the perfect hang-out spot! The kitchen was HUGE and amazing for making breakfast and dinners. This home is even better than the pictures. It is lovely and layout is wonderful! The great room is huge accommodating 6 adults and 3 young children easily. The large master bedroom and TV room on the main floor were a bonus. A half a flight up and the additional bedrooms were also great. The kitchen was well stocked. Had an amazing stay for a midweek ski trip - we didn't want to leave! This home is not only beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but it has every luxury amenity you could want to relax and unwind -- a movie room with big-screen TV, built-in speakers to stream music, a large well-stocked kitchen, outdoor hot tub, master suite with comfortable mattress, master bath with steam shower, and the list goes on. Peaceful location within 20 min of Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley as well as Northstar. We hope to come back in the summer!

Me and 5 of my friends spent the weekend here and this place is not only extremely spacious and well kept, but it also has a range of fun things to do such as chilling in the hot tub, watching movies in the theater room, playing ping pong in the garage and foosball in the living area. The kitchen is stocked with brand new appliances, my personal favorite being the trashcan that compacts waste, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with everything you need right down to the Q-tips. The cozy decor and warm atmosphere of the house makes it feel like a home away from home, and the backyard sits on the edge of a clearing of trees so I could lounge in the hot tub and dine outside in my own private space while also feeling connected to nature. The location of the house is awesome because it sits right in the middle of everything with mini golfing, kayaking at the lake, and cute little brunch shops all within a five minute drive. If you're looking for a decked out spot to spend a nice and relaxing vacation, stop your search now and book this home because I can assure that you will be well-taken care of at the Enchanted Ridge!

Very spacious and comfortable. You can cook almost anything you'd like in the kitchen. The hot tub is such a great relaxation area after your day outside. One of the few places, I have ever stayed at where the pictures didn't do the place justice. Kitchen was brand new and stocked with tuberware and utencils, amenities were super nice, and they even left dog treats for our dog that was with us. It’s rare you find a home this nice as a vacation rental! This home is over the top beautiful! All the furniture is like brand new. The beds are super comfy and the gourmet kitchen looks like something out of a magazine! There is also a state-of-the art sound system that connects to Pandora. Gotta love that! The steam shower and the outdoor hot tub were my favorite features! Great for after a long day of skiing. The home is located in a super nice neighborhood about 1 or 2 roads removed from the lake. Super convenient location close to alpine and squaw! We will definitely come back again!

Gem in Carnelian Bay

This house is a true gem in Carnelian Bay. It’s a luxurious, state-of-the art spacious log cabin with custom cabinetry throughout and beautiful local pottery decorating thick pinewood shelving in the main living/grande room and master bedroom. Furnished like a 5 star hotel with new box leather sofas and down filled cushions and a super modern and easy to use sound system. A smart pad controls the lights and your favorite music on Pandora or helps you connect to your own music. We loved the chef’s gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, double ovens and SubZero refrigerator. This home has brand new luxury beds and wonderful new linens in all 4 bedrooms. My personal favorite features of the house are the steam shower with almost instant hot steam and hot water for the shower after your steam, an amazing place to relax and get your Zen time after a long day of skiing or summer cycling and the brand new outdoor hot tub where you can relax looking at the stars and the pine trees. Another favorite were the two fireplaces, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room that conveniently heat up these rooms in a matter of minutes, and 2 separate comfy TV rooms, 1 with a foosball table for fun with the family and friends. Did I mention everything is like brand new? This house is a great value and an awesome place to stay near world class ski resorts, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows, or enjoy Kings beach and great lakefront restaurants in summer-time weather. We will for sure be back....hopefully soon!

Amazing home, we loved the 3 car garage, heated floors, chef's kitchen, hot tub, sound system, beds, and entertainment space. The house is so warm and cozy, heated garage is a plus when it’s snowing.The 3 cameras on the exterior of the house were a little invasive. The road to the house is steep, but that is easily avoidable by driving around the long way.

Thank you for using the directions TLUXP sent you in the mobile app instead of your GPS system. The GPS system does direct you to the very steep access road, and in the winter it is preferable to approach the house from the alternative route we indicate. We are so happy you enjoyed this home!

The place was absolutely beautiful. Beware of the road!! Many people getting stuck made it difficult to come and go. Also a pair of earrings left on bathroom counter and maids must of picked them up. Never heard about them but was emailed regarding a book that was possibly left behind but never could get a picture to ask my family if they left one. All and all great house! Great location nestled in the trees! The house was amazing with great peekaboo lake views.This fully equipped kitchen had commercial grade appliances and the location was just a short distance from Safeway, which kept us stocked up on groceries. The interior of the house has beautiful lofted ceilings and a central fireplace that created the coziest setting. The house is fully linked with wi-fi throughout, surround sound that we could program with our playlists, and smart tv's in several of the rooms. It satisfied my whole family's expectations! I definitely plan to book another stay at this amazing tahoe property.

We loved staying in this beautiful home. Everything in the house was top notch, clean, and very comfortable. The home has an open layout which was great for hanging out and socializing. What is Provided at Your Vacation Rental Home

Our homes are fully stocked with essentials so you can relax upon arrival. Before packing, view our complete Home Supply List. Once the booking is confirmed you will be provided a link to login to your personal guest portal. This portal will provide essential details about your vacation rental, such as directions to the property, key access, appliance usage instructions, Wi-Fi code, restaurant recommendations, and check-out procedures.

Mail & Package Delivery

USPS does not deliver to your vacation rental home. Mail sent via USPS will be returned. Use FedEx or UPS for deliveries during your stay. Do not leave food deliveries unattended. It will attract wildlife, especially bears.
If you need to send packages before your arrival, contact our office to arrange delivery to our business address via UPS or FedEx.
With Ship Skis you can arrange door-to-door transportation for your ski gear and luggage straight to your Tahoe Luxury Properties vacation rental and back home.

Outdoor Furniture, BBQ Grills & Fire Pits

Patio furniture is available from Memorial Day Weekend through early fall (weather permitting). Furniture is stored during winter months to prevent damage.
Most homes have gas BBQs available year-round. Please inquire if this is an essential amenity for your winter stay. Charcoal grills, wood-burning fire pits, and open flames are strictly prohibited.
On Red Flag Warning days (high fire risk), the use of gas BBQs and fire pits are strictly prohibited. It is Renter's responsibility to know if a red flag warning has been issued. Stay informed by tuning into 1630 AM radio; following the North Tahoe Fire Protection District on Facebook or Twitter (X); checking signage outside district fire stations; reviewing the National Weather Service forecast

Bear Safety

Black bears are active in both Lake Tahoe and Truckee. Improper food storage can lead to serious property damage and safety issues. Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outdoors or in your vehicle. Always lock the doors and windows of the home and your car when unattended. Intentionally leaving food out for bears is illegal. Review our Bear Aware Addendum for more information on staying safe and protecting our local wildlife.

Boating: Buoys & Piers

If your rental includes buoy or pier access, please refer to the Buoy, Mooring Line, and Pier Addendum for full details.

Piers are for pick-up/drop-off only (max 30 minutes). Never leave boats unattended or anchored without supervision.
Lake Tahoe water levels varying depending on seasonal snowfall, affecting the depth for safe pier access.
Check weather conditions before venturing out and be advised that Lake Tahoe weather can change quickly.

Winter Driving (Nov 1st – April 30th)

Driving in the snow-covered mountains of California and Nevada can be both enjoyable and occasionally challenging. Roads and driveways may be steep or icy, and conditions can change quickly. To ensure safe and smooth travel, the California Highway Patrol offers valuable winter driving tips. You can find more information from the CHP here. Make sure your vehicle is winter-ready, with brakes, tires, wipers, and the heater all in top condition. All vehicles, including AWD/4WD, should carry properly-sized tire chains.

Short-Term Rental County Rules

TLUXP manages homes across five counties, each with specific regulations for short-term rental permits. We appreciate your cooperation in following these rules, which are also included in your signed Vacation Rental Agreement.

Maximum Occupancy: No gatherings, events, weddings, or group functions exceeding the occupancy limit listed in your agreement are allowed.
Parking: Street parking is prohibited. All vehicles, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage or driveway.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, seven days a week. Noise should not be heard from the property line. Please keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Lights Out: Exterior lights must be turned off between 10 pm and 7 am unless necessary for safety. All lights must be turned off to prevent nuisance to neighbors.
Trash: Due to wildlife in the area, trash must be stored in the metal, bear-resistant trash bin provided. Trash day is posted at the home. Do not leave trash outside.
Hot Tub: The hot tub can only be used between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the home.
