Description

"We put our towels around our necks and walk down to Burnt Cedar Beach. Even my brother who is five. We lie our towels down right on the sand. We bar-b-que every day. Days are too much fun. We fish for crawdads and swim. My parents kayak. They go far. Everyone tries to play volleyball. At night we walk back to the beach and make smores and count all the bright stars. The next day we are really lazy at the beach. Our whole family has fun. We love summer at the beach." Whether it is spending lazy days relaxing at waters edge or starting your morning early with a strenuous bike ride up the famous Flume Trail (only 2.5 miles away down Lakeshore Drive), Back to the Beach is just moments away from a variety of activities, restaurants and leisurely walking. General guidelines:

  • Minimum Night Requirements vary by property, season and arrival date. Online booking is available when your length of stay meets the minimum night requirements. If you would like a shorter stay than required online, please call or email our office, and we will be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.
  • Payment Terms: Upon confirmation of the Vacation Rental Agreement, 25% of the base rent (and pet fee, if applicable), as well the full amount of travel insurance (if selected), is due. The balance of the base rent, cleaning fee, and TOT are due 90 days prior to arrival. If the Agreement is entered into less than 90 days prior to arrival, the total amount is due in full with the signed Agreement. Please inquire and/or review the Vacation Rental Agreement for additional information.  
  • Cancellation Policy: A cancellation must be in writing and received 90 days prior to the arrival date. Travel insurance is offered for purchase to alleviate any potential hardship. Please inquire and/or review the Vacation Rental Agreement for additional information and fees. 
  • Travel Insurance is offered through CSA/Generali Global Assistance. Insurance covers the cost of a cancellation or trip interruption due to unforeseen conditions such as illness or road closures. Coverage may be provided in certain circumstances for baggage delay, theft, medical & dental expenses, or emergency assistance. Please inquire for greater details and/or limitations.

Back to the Beach is roomy and well-appointed, close to everything you need. The views of the mountains and lake are beautiful. The sound system was wonderful throughout the house, cozy fireplaces - it is the perfect place to bring a family together. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

This is a great place for groups of friends or family. We appreciated the layout...huge decks, and bedrooms are separated so each has privacy and quiet. Great view, and easy walk to beach.

This is a fantastic getaway home, perfect for 6-8 people to vacation in luxury. The home had everything we needed, along with 2 beaches and a grocery store within a short walk. Can't wait to visit again!

The property was amazing. I stayed here with 3 others, but it could have comfortably fit three times more. We spent a substantial amount of time indoors, playing pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, using the steam room, and enjoying the music system which is linked throughout the house. The location was also very nice - walking distance to Incline Beach and the Incline Village Hyatt (which has nice blackjack / craps if you're looking for gambling without the drive to South Lake), as well as close to several hiking trails and restaurants. This is, bar none, the nicest house I have ever had the pleasure of staying in, and it will be the bar for all future weekend getaways - I cannot recommend highly enough.
