Michael Murray, founder and owner of Hen of the Woods began hosting pop-ups in Truckee in 2021 with the intention of providing dining experiences that are otherwise not found in the Tahoe area. By 2022, he was awarded Best Caterer in North Lake Tahoe. He strives to create Pan-Asian cuisine but loves cooking anything unique using local and sustainably farmed product.
